Is GLP-1 therapy right for me?

  1. Your age range (12–17 with a guardian · 18–64 · 65+)
  2. Your main goal (weight · appetite & cravings · health markers · all three)
  3. Your current care (not yet started · on a GLP-1 · stopped / switching)

What we do

Weight, mind and metabolism — one team, one plan

Most programs hand you a prescription. We pair medical treatment with the psychological and lifestyle work that makes results last.

Medical weight management

Physician-led plans that pair GLP-1 or other medication with nutrition, movement, sleep and maintenance — not a subscription treadmill.

Care for every life stage

Weight health looks different at 14, 40 and 70

We use age-appropriate measures — BMI-for-age percentiles for teens, adult BMI with ethnicity context, and age-adjusted ranges plus muscle and frailty checks after 65.

Adolescents (12–17), with a guardian

Growth comes first. We measure BMI-for-age percentiles (CDC, with extended percentiles above the 95th), screen for disordered eating and mood, and involve family in nutrition and activity. FDA-approved GLP-1 medication for ages 12+ is considered only with a guardian, a supervising clinician and a clear plan for monitoring. [NEEDS CLINICAL REVIEW]

  • Guardian consent and participation at every step
  • Mental-health screening built into the first visit
  • The tracker app is for adults 18+; supervised family accounts are planned

Adults (18–64)

Adult BMI is a starting point, not a verdict — we add waist measures, labs and ethnicity-specific thresholds where relevant, then build a plan that may include GLP-1 therapy, nutrition, movement, sleep and therapy for emotional or binge eating. Maintenance is planned from day one. [NEEDS CLINICAL REVIEW]

  • Ideal and adjusted body weight calculated, explained and revisited
  • Side-effect plan and dose reminders in the free tracker
  • Therapist on the same team as your prescriber

Adults 65 and older

After 65 the healthiest weight range shifts and muscle matters as much as the scale. We use age-adjusted BMI ranges, check strength and frailty, protect protein intake and bone, and weigh medication benefits against risks such as muscle loss, dehydration and drug interactions. [NEEDS CLINICAL REVIEW]

  • Sarcopenia and fall-risk screening before any weight-loss plan
  • Medication review with your primary-care team
  • Larger text, simpler reminders and caregiver sharing in the tracker

Good questions

Frequently asked questions

Do you prescribe compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide?

No. We prescribe FDA-approved, branded GLP-1 medications only, when a licensed clinician determines they are appropriate for you. We will always explain cost, coverage and alternatives before you decide. [NEEDS CLINICAL REVIEW]

What does a visit cost, all in?

Our prices are published and include the clinical visit, the care plan and messaging with your team. Medication is priced separately at pharmacy cost. See the pricing page for current figures. [OWNER: pricing]

Can adolescents be treated with GLP-1 medication?

Some GLP-1 medications are FDA-approved for adolescents aged 12 and older with obesity, always with a guardian involved and a clinician supervising growth, nutrition and mental health. The free dosefree Tracker app is for adults 18+. [NEEDS CLINICAL REVIEW]

What if I miss a dose?

It depends on the medication and how late you are. Never double up. Our missed-dose guide walks through each medication, and the dosefree Tracker can remind you and tell you what to do next — but always follow the advice of your prescribing clinician. [NEEDS CLINICAL REVIEW]

Is my information private?

Clinical records are kept in a HIPAA-compliant system, not on this website. The tracker app stores only what you choose to log, and you can export or delete it at any time. Read our Privacy policy and HIPAA notice for details.
